Trevor’s Trip
One bright morning, a turtle named Trevor took a trip. “I will go to the top of the hill!” he said.
He trotted along the trail, taking his time. “No need to rush!”
But—oh no!—he tripped on a tree root and tumbled down. “What trouble!”
A tiny bird named Trudy saw Trevor. “Try again! Take small steps!” she said.
Trevor tried again. This time, he made it to the top! “What a treat!”
From that day on, Trevor took tiny steps and never tripped again.
